Can I park at this event?

There is a very limited amount of on-site parking available at Coombe Abbey, you can purchase parking passes via this link

Streets around Coombe Abbey are strictly residential and parking enforcement and Tow away operations are in place.

Can I camp at this event?

No, but there are lots of local sites nearby.

Is there a shuttle bus service?

Yes, we will be operating a FREE SHUTTLE BUS service from 2 locations.

What time will the buses be operating?

Saturday 1pm until late.
Sunday 11am until late.  

Is there park and ride available?

A park and Ride service will operate from Coventry Airport, its is strongly advised to pre book a parking space to avoid disappointment.

What time does the event start and finish?

Saturday - 2pm - 10.30pm (last entry 4pm)
Sunday - 12pm - 9.30pm (last entry 4pm)

When does the onsite box office open?

Saturday - 2pm - 4pm
Sunday – 12pm - 4pm

Please get down as early as possible when picking up your tickets to avoid queues.

When will my tickets arrive?

Physical tickets will be posted up to 10 days before the event. Mobile tickets will be delivered prior to the event in your Ticketmaster account/app. In the unlikely reason they still haven’t arrived up to 3 days before the event, please get in touch with your ticket provider.

If I have bought a weekend ticket can I camp overnight?

No, we’re afraid it is not possible to camp at Coombe Weekender. Check out our travel & stay section for more information on where to stay and how to get to us.

What time is last entry to Coombe Weekender?

Last entry is 4pm – we don’t want you to miss out so please make sure you are in the queue sufficiently in advance of this time.

Can I come to Coombe Weekender if I am under 18?

Saturday is over 18’s only. Sunday you must be accompanied by a person who is 18 years of age or over. The following ID can be used as proof of age for entering the site:

What bag can I bring to Coombe Weekender?

Please bring a bag no bigger than A4 size. Large bags will not be allowed into the arena.

Can I take in my own food and drink to Coombe Weekender?

We would advise that you bring water to drink in the queueing lanes. Once you reach the search lanes you cannot take in any food or drink apart from one empty bottle to fill at our water taps. There is a large range of delicious food and drink facilities within the festival. No BBQ’s are permitted.

Is there disabled access?

Disabled access is available. Carer tickets are available for Free via Skiddle - Please call up to confirm your booking. Disabled toilets will be available as well as a disabled viewing platform

Can I smoke at Coombe Weekender?

The same regulations apply at Coombe Weekender as the rest of the country. You can smoke in the open air but not inside big tops and tents. Look out for the ‘No Smoking’ signs.

If I leave Coombe Weekender can I get back in?

No, there is no re-entry into the festival whatsoever.

Are dogs allowed into the event?

No pets are allowed within the event site. Assistance Dogs, however, will be permitted.

Where can I find my lost property?

Any lost property handed in will be taken to the Information Point. Any lost property will be safely stored and a log of any items handed in. After the event has finished you can contact us to see if your property was found and arrange return.

Strobe Lighting

There will be general warning signs around the Main Arena if strobe lighting will be used. Due to the nature of the artists it is likely that strobe lighting will be used throughout the performances. There will not be a warning immediately before a period of strobe lighting.

Medical Services

There will also be Medics and First Aiders on patrol around the event. You will be able to store medication with the medical team if refrigeration is needed. Please let us know in advance if you will be wishing to store medication here. If you require more information, please get in touch.
